The story
In Mesoamerican tradition, a nahual is a person who can turn into an animal. His companion, an anthropologist, immediately reads the curse: soon the host will lose consciousness and surrender to his wild essence.
The only way out is in the codex itself. If guests follow its instructions, all will be well; if they fail a single step, there's no escape in the solitude of the lake.
How it works
The anthropologist serves a series of curados — pulque blended with fruit — while reading the codex's instructions. Guests must drink them and follow every step to the letter.
It's a memory and sensory challenge, while the nahual tries every trick to confuse them.

History and culture in every scene
As in all our experiences, the hosts' dialogue and the event's activities are written with real information about Mexican history and culture. You have fun and, without even noticing, you learn. The hosts explain the origin and meaning of the legend or tradition, and where the symbols, rituals and customs that appear during the night come from.
