The memorable moment of the itinerary
Itineraries are often full of guided visits and photo stops. What travelers remember years later is the moment they took part: when they pressed their own tortilla, guessed an ingredient blindfolded, or were pulled into a son by a dancer. That's the experience we design for your group, whether it's international visitors or domestic travelers: many Mexican travelers discover traditions from other regions of their own country with us.
How we work with groups
- Tell us about the group: size, nationalities, language, ages, dietary needs and what's already on the itinerary.
- We propose the ideal format and fit it to the tour schedule: lunch, dinner, welcome or farewell activity.
- We handle logistics: venue, transport from the hotel, special menus and exact timing so the itinerary stays on track.
- Bilingual hosts accompany the group throughout the experience.
Formats that work best for tour groups
- Welcome or farewell dinner with a regional or seasonal theme, such as Day of the Dead.
- Blind dinner to break the ice among people who've just met.
- Immersive folk ballet at the hotel or in a colonial-style venue.
- Mezcal and tequila tasting before dinner.
- Cooking class with a market visit for groups looking for something hands-on.
Frequently asked questions
Can you host groups that speak several languages?
Yes. We work in English and Spanish and arrange interpreters for other languages (extra cost). With mixed groups we split explanations or use bilingual narration.
Can the experience take place at our hotel?
Yes. Many formats can be set up in hotel ballrooms, terraces or restaurants. We check the space beforehand to adapt it.
How far in advance should we book?
We recommend 3 to 6 weeks for small groups and 6 to 10 weeks for large groups or peak season.
