Why cultural team building
Generic activities are quickly forgotten. A cultural experience combines real collaboration with something your team has never done before, and it's especially valuable when colleagues or clients come from abroad: it brings people together while introducing them to Mexico. It works just as well with Mexican teams: rediscovering your own culture in a fun format sparks conversation and shared pride.
