Blind dinners
Dinners in the dark where smell, touch and sound guide the journey. Each course tells the story of a Mexican region or era; the menu and its history are revealed at the end.
See experienceBlind dinners, tastings, immersive ballet, incognito theater and traditional cooking workshops. Experiences designed so visitors — and curious locals — can understand, taste and feel Mexican culture.
Between pyramids and cathedrals, corn and cacao, Nahuatl and Spanish, Mexico is a culture of layers. At Delistory Mexican Culture we turn those layers into themed experiences: moments where you taste, hear, dance and cook history instead of just reading about it.
Every event is designed with traditional cooks, mezcaleros, dancers, actors and historians, and adapted to your group's language and pace.
For travelers and for Mexicans who want to learn more about their own culture in an entertaining way. Every format can be booked as a private event for your group or enjoyed on our dates open to the public.
In all our events, the hosts' dialogue and the activities are written with real information about Mexican history and culture. It's not a lecture: it's a story you live, and you leave with the knowledge without even noticing.
