The History of the Taco: A Trip Through History… with Salsa

A dinner show in a timeless taco stand: two taqueros who swear they've served emperors and revolutionaries tell Mexico's history through six tacos.

The story

Each course brings humorous storytelling, themed food and light challenges for the audience.

It's designed for mingling, laughing and discovering real historical facts mixed with taquero humor — ideal for bringing groups together without pressuring anyone.

How it works

Six tacos with their stories: al pastor, carnitas, barbacoa, mixiote, canasta and campechano.

Two interactive contests: “Who Can't Live Without Tacos?” and “The Salsa of Courage” or “The Best Tortilla.”
