The Gold of the Gods: A Pre-Hispanic Dinner

A pre-Hispanic dinner inside a pyramid: the tribute to Tláloc was interrupted, and diners must create the perfect offering from the priest's sayings.

The story

Tláloc, god of rain, was one of the most important deities of the Aztec world: harvests depended on him.

If he likes the offering, diners may leave in peace. If not, the god will demand… something else.

How it works

Guests listen to the priest's sayings and use them as clues to create the perfect blend to offer at the end of dinner, while tasting pre-Hispanic dishes.

The characters

  • The Aztec Priest: guardian of the ritual and its rules.
  • Tláloc: the rain god himself.
