The story
In the Aztec worldview, we live in the era of the Fifth Sun, which needs humans' help to keep moving.
Insects — chapulines (grasshoppers), escamoles (ant larvae), maguey worms, flying ants — have been part of Mexican cuisine since pre-Hispanic times.

History and culture in every scene
