The Cemetery Keeper: A Midnight Tequila Tasting

A tequila tasting in a cemetery at midnight: the keeper won't let anyone leave until the ruined ofrenda is restored. Coded epitaphs and logic.

The story

The ofrenda is the heart of Day of the Dead: every element has its place and meaning.

While the host leads the tasting, the keeper watches every move and forgives no mistakes.

How it works

Teams decode encrypted epitaphs and arrange the elements of the ofrenda correctly — a logic puzzle they must solve to get out.

The characters

  • The Cemetery Keeper: a strict night watchman who knows every soul there.
  • The Tasting Host: guides the tequila and helps the guests.

What's included

  • Theatrical show with two hosts
  • Tequila tasting
  • Encrypted epitaphs and ofrenda elements

What you take home

  • Learning to taste tequila

History and culture in every scene

As in all our experiences, the hosts' dialogue and the event's activities are written with real information about Mexican history and culture. You have fun and, without even noticing, you learn. The hosts explain the origin and meaning of the legend or tradition, and where the symbols, rituals and customs that appear during the night come from.
