The story
Tacos al pastor were born in Mexico City from the shawarma brought by Lebanese immigrants, adapted with chile, achiote and pineapple.
The traveler wants to learn the recipe to take back to his era.
How it works
Guests pass funny and cultural challenges. If they succeed, the traveler can take the recipe home and leaves them a little gift as thanks.
